Marketing Coordinator 

Hours: 15-25 hours / week

Location: Remote and on location during events

The Marketing Coordinator for I Made It! Market assists the Director and works with the Events Coordinator and Social Media Coordinator in executing marketing related activities including but not limited to: day of event staffing, location specific set up for events, writing for blog posts, email newsletters, press releases and other marketing materials, web updates and shares social media editorial calendar responsibilities with the Social Media Coordinator, and assists the Director with marketing and advertising functions.

Marketing Responsibilities Include: 

Writing (artist spotlights, blog posts, event blurbs, press releases)

Website Updates

Creation of an event marketing / advertising timeline

Management of marketing schedule to assure all pieces are timely and complete

Execution of event listings across all channels

Email newsletter creation

Shares in social media editorial calendar creation and execution


Event Coordinator 

Hours: 20-25 hours / week dependent on that week’s event schedule

Location: Remote and on location during events

The Events Coordinator for I Made It! Market assists the Director and works with the Marketing Coordinator and the Social Media Coordinator in executing event related activities including but not limited to: day of event staffing, artist relations, location specific set up for events, and various pre-event activities including but not limited to: pre-event promotion, online listings, monitoring of social media in need of responses, and day-of event social media.

Event Responsibilities Include: 
Day of event coordination of artists 

Artist relations - helping artists with their needs during, before and after an event

Will assist Marketing and Social Media Coordinators with day of social media posts

Help create layouts and mark spaces

Create artist emails with instructions on arrival and load-out

Staff information table and help with any day-of event needs 

Set up and Tear down of IMI informational tent or table with assistance from team

Maintain all information table items, organization of materials and day of event needs and stock
