INSURANCE / AGREEMENT:

REFUND POLICY:

Each event agreement will spell out that event’s specific policies. However, they are generally modeled after these guidelines. Any deviations would be due to location specific needs.

Our general policy is that we will provide a full refund if a paid space is cancelled 30 days prior to an event. After that you forefit your fee.

Our weather policy generally states that we run rain or shine. If an event is postponed due to severe weather we will wait until we have the best information we can get to make that decision. It may be the morning of the event. Pittsburgh weather is extremely difficult to predict. If an event is postponed we will hold a make-up date the following week. If you are unable to attend you forefit your fee.

If an event is fully cancelled with no make-up date, paid artists will receive 30-40% of the fee back as a refund. See each event agreement for details.
