We're Hiring!

I Made It! Market, Pittsburgh’s nomadic indie craft market for more than ten years, is hiring! We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented self-starter to be our Marketing Associate for the summer. This is a temporary, part-time position with flexible hours. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least one year of experience in online marketing, public relations, or copywriting, or full-time equivalent combination of education, work, or volunteer experience. Reliable transportation is required. This position includes staffing I Made It! Market and Neighborhood Flea events.

The Marketing Associate will help the I Made It! Market Team with social media and email marketing, website and blog content creation and updates, online event listings, and vendor outreach and recruitment.

Reading and writing proficiency are required. Must be proficient in the use of email and social media. Graphic design training or experience with Photoshop and Canva is preferred. Proficiency with MailChimp and Squarespace is desirable but not required. Physical requirements include: Ability to bend and reach, lift boxes, and move fixtures up to 40 pounds, and stand up to eight hours per day.
